Cable Concepts Category 5E, ANS/TIA/EIA 568, 24 AWG, 4 Pr, CUL, CMG, FT4/CSA, 1000 Ft. Cable Concepts Category 5e Cable (Cat5e) is twisted pair cable for carrying telephony and video signals. This cable is used in structured cabling for computer networks such as ethernet. In some cases, multiple signals can be carried on a single cable; can also carry two conventional telephone lines as well as two 100BASE-TX channels in a single cable. This cable is unshielded, relying on the twisted pair design and different signaling for noise rejection, It is for indoor use, is (FT4) fire rated, but is NOT suitable for burial. This cable is CSA approved.
